Modular system

VSNCrea is composed of eight different modules so that companies can personalize the system as much as possible and select those modules that best fit their specific needs in broadcast management. These modules are Broadcast, Nonlinear, Catalog, Acquisitions, Commercials, Ad Rates, Analytics and Administration.

Linear scheduling

Schedule the programming of one or more TV channels daily, weekly or on a long-term basis, sequentially or specifically, with rights or free form. The programming is scheduled using virtual blocks that can be predefined in advance to save time. It also allows to schedule graphics and jingles associated with media, to have multiple playlists ready in parallel and even to export playlists or EPGs for various channels to any file system or via API.

Non linear scheduling

VSNCrea also allows users to schedule simultaneously the publication of content for non-linear channels (OTT, VoD, WebTV), social media and video platforms like YouTube. This publication can be done manually, sequentially, automatically or with a programmatic episode, based on the content’s broadcasting rights. Content can also be filtered by the platform where it is published.

Content catalog

Organize all your content (series, movies, programs, ads, graphics, etc.) and create content segmentations to adjust them for broadcasting. Preview all content, programming lists and videos published on social media from the catalog, and modify the metadata stored in the MAM directly from VSNCrea as well.

Content acquisitions

Users can manage and centralize all their purchased productions together with their associated metadata, broadcasting rights and contracts to avoid human error in broadcast programming. Calculate adquisitions' Return on Investment from the Amortizations table and generate reports.

Ready for Cloud and SaaS

Using the SaaS payment model option, acquiring VSNCrea requires a small initial investment and gives the customer more flexibility to adjust the system to their workload levels. This BMS software can be installed on-premise and in cloud environments, both public (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) and private.

Maximum synchronization

Any last minute changes in the programming are transferred in real time to every department and system, which automatically modify the playlists. In addition, reading the As-RunLog allows you to know exactly what content and advertising inserts are broadcast through continuity.

Control and manage your Ad Rates Pricing with the VSNCrea commercials module. Select the seconds of the spot for the pricing, the type of Ad Rate cost (Fixed, Cost Per Mille, Cost Per Rating) and assign prices to blocks in the Ad Rates with simple and easy control from a table view.

Customized analytical reports

Thanks to the advanced report generation, users can check any system element, combining different results and multiple entities in one or several calls to the database. Also, with the Javascript layer, we can add rules and intelligence to the reports (action buttons, arithmetic operations between fields, etc.). Users can customize their report’s visual style with the HTML layer, incorporating corporate brand, colors, sections, and other elements. This way, they can export and check the results in a customized way.

Multi-tenant system
