Terms and Guarantees for the Loan service
The terms and warranties herein are relative to the equipment, components and hardware distributed, integrated and/or sold by Video Stream Networks, S.L. (hereinafter VSN) and/or its partners.

The Loan service is a hardware loan service that VSN offers to its customers and partners (hereinafter “Loan” or “loan”).

Regarding delivery, all products must be checked upon receipt. Any damage or shipping problem must be reported to VSN within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of delivery.

The Loan service does not include transport costs, insurance, taxes, customs, storage or processing fees.

Acceptance of the Loan implies acceptance of these terms and guarantees. If the buyer does not accept the Loan or the terms, the Loan will be cancelled and any costs arising from storage, transport, insurance, taxes, customs or handling fees, if any, must be paid within 30 days of acceptance or refusal of the Loan.

If the loan is for the repair of a damaged component or product, the customer must send the damaged product to VSN or the manufacturer as indicated. The costs derived from this shipment will be paid by the customer.
6.
VSN will notify of shipment dates. The shipping date could be modified due to logistical problems or problems beyond the control of VSN. If this is the case, a new dispatch date will be indicated as part of the process.
7.
The loan request must always include a maximum loan period. The return of the equipment must be made within the time of the loan. Once the loan has expired, if the equipment has not been received, it will be invoiced in full to the client.
8.
VSN reserves the right to send the same product model, a similar one or one with similar specifications and never inferior to the original. VSN will notify about the changes before starting the shipping process.
9.
Any condition of change in delivery and loan date must be negotiated before the approved loan is completed and requires approval by VSN.

VSN reserves the right to deny the loan application.

VSN is not responsible for delays or performance failures resulting from force majeure situations. A situation of force majeure is considered to be the cases expressly mentioned in Law 1105 of the Spanish Civil Code, such as labour disputes, acts of war, states of emergency, states of alarm, pandemics, government regulations imposed after the fact, or natural disasters. If the force majeure condition extends for a period of time longer than 60 days, the client and VSN may negotiate a goodwill agreement in favor of reaching a viable solution for both parties.
12.
The hardware warranty in Loan is valid for the duration of the Loan process. However, faults caused by improper/incorrect use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was manufactured are excluded from the guarantee.
13.
The loaner equipment must be returned in the same delivery conditions and with the original packaging. In the event of damage, breakage or misuse, the repair, reconditioning or even the complete equipment will be invoiced to the customer.
14.
Loan processing. To guarantee the speed and conditions of the Loan service, the processing must be carried out by the client through the website: https://www.vsn-tv.com/en/support/loan-request/.
15.
The information provided in the request should be that of the recipient of the material, in order to minimize time and effort.
16.
Under no circumstances will VSN pay any amount as damages for the repair or replacement time.
